My name is
Tana Petrov and I am a student at Aurora University. I will be graduating with
a degree in Communication in December of 2013. Currently, I am interning at the
Fox Valley Park District – a place well known within the Aurora community,
mainly because of its gracious intention – to make sure people of all ages and
cultures have fun, experience new adventures and create great memories along
the way.
This blog will reflect on my internship journey as I am going to spend 16 weeks in the marketing department of the park district. Hopefully, I will learn a trick or two on how to do an effective marketing with the community’s best interest in mind, starting right here, right now – at the place “where fun begins”.
